For a couple months now I enjoy a certain play the drums in my go before, & everytime a take a step, I could my footsteps to the nouns of the beat (like 1,2,3,4-1,2,3,4-1,2,3,4...etc..) & also whenever my moved out hand touches something, I hold to make my vanished hand touch indistinguishable thing, similar to it has to be "fair".

Answers: I'm 43, and I own OCD. I 'count' when I rinse my hands, and it happen to be in beat of 4, too. So yes, though rituals vary from OCD-er to OCD-er, you could markedly well enjoy OCD. It often involves greatly of repetition and what I like to ring convincing or believing.
There are all sorts of OCD-ers - cleaners, washers, checkers, orderers, arrangers, thinker, hoarders, and even counters. And often times at hand is an overlap between them, and they can wax and wane and vary over the years.
I would seriously come together Lymenet though and find an Lyme Literate MD. Some doctors think that OCD is an offshoot of chronic Lyme and some adjectives coinfections (babesia, bartonella, etc...)

Lyme does not only come from ticks - I get mine from fleas and mosquitos. And forget the classic bull's eye rash.
It's also credible that you have microwave sickness and are sensitive to wireless technology. I own both Lyme and ES, and I personally believe chronic exposure to EMF and RF cause my OCD. It interferes with signaling within the brain, and can cause a host of problems which appear to be psychological within origin, so if you are using a cell phone or cordless phone, I recommend you ditch it and stick beside a landline.

Alot of family have the quirk you're talking roughly. I don't know if what you do would be clinically OCD or not, but one thing to ask yourself is "is my behavior disrupting my vivacity?" For example, somebody might feel the requirement to wash their hand alot. If it doesn't disrupt their life but they purely wash more than regular, who cares?If they cannot complete a duty or their skin is raw, next yes, its time to get some relieve. If people discern strange behavior and it bothers you or is disruptive in some road, there are counselors that can back.
