I'm THINKING it's a coldsore, because my mom and sister said so. It's in the inside of my mouth, on my gums. I've have it for more or less a week and it hurts resembling HELLLL, please facilitate :D soon, im dying :P HAHAHA.

Inside the mouth? more potential its a canker sore. Try some Ambersol so it doesn't hurt (and you won't be drawn to irritate it more beside your tounge) and layoff the salty/acidic foods (citrus fruit, tomatoes, etc)
