Wife suffering from depression or some form of psychotic infection?

she's be suffering from depression for a long time. after 13 years the doctors realised this and prescribed prozac. very soon prozac is out of commission. she's suffering from palpitation and madness attacks and anxiety and restlessness. have ecg oodles times but palpitation give the impression of being to settle down when effective an ecg contraption. at present when she get these anxiety attacks near palpitations, she curls herself as though she's lonely and also she closes her fists and touches her heart. previous ecg results be ok.
within is a terminology hedge but i do my best to interprete everything she say to the doctor. i have a feeling the doctors are not doing ample to draw from to the bottom of her problem.

Answers:
Not a psychosis unless she is audible range voice or seeing things that are not therethen it is not other a psychotic illnss.13 years of depressin is horrendous. Take her to another doctor as soon as you can.
Get a second judgment, jump to another Gp
It sounds close to you obligation to desperately find another doctor who can go and get her some tangible help out. Depression and anxiety are horrendous inner health to hold to promise next to. For her sake and yours seize other backing asap. Good luck!
Change your G.P
it may be because her body have immediately developed an imperviousness to prozac so i would suggest taking a break from it, consequently restarting, or of late taking a different pill.

maybe reach a deal to your wife first, so when you call in the doctor, you will be capable of translate her thoughts/feelings clearer. brand sure the doctors are aware of the severity of the issue, and know how worried you are just about it.

something like the curling up, i feel that she might be response lonely resembling you mentioned, and that she might own something on her heart that she would similar to to explain to someone. kindly address to her [i know you've probably already tried it, but tolerate her know you are in that for her].

i'm not going to support you on the other stuff coz i'm not too medical. you'll unambiguously involve a dutiful GP for that.

best wishes
