This morning I open my eyes (still lying on the bed) I suddenly feel a horrible attack of dizziness and vertigo. The room be spinning around, and I feel resembling my guide is going to explode because of the pressure I feel within my team leader. I sit up, but it did not turn away, I wasn't competent to focus my eyes or do any motion, I thought I be gonna die. The attack last for a minute or so, next it be a bit better, but the vertigo be still at hand. This happen until that time, short any solid do I could estimate of. Usually the vertigo last for 1-2 or even 3 days consequently go away completely.
I can't infer of a raison d`¨ºtre. It's not low BP, because I be still lying on my bed. The vertigo is not worse when moving around. It's worse when closing my eyes for longer period and even sleeping again right after the attack, because when wake up another attack happen. I search around the internet, but haven't found any answer. No lead or d¨¦colletage trauma. No migrane (though I consistency increased pressure in my skull). Help?
