Natual Sugar VS. Artificial Sweetener...?

Have a moment or two dilema here.I can't opt whether to use organic sugar or an artificial sweetner the majority of the time. I am attempting to lose some weightiness, which make me lean toward the fabricate stuff. Then, I have a sneaking suspicion that roughly the cynical things that I've read on artifical sweetners...not to mention, they don't nibble adjectives that great. So I maintain going support and forth on this. Any suggestions?
