Answers: Hello there. I suggest that you should try anti-eczema cream and spray combo from champori.com: it is herbal (steroid and accompany side-effects free) and works better (and faster) for my eczema. It also comes with a money rear legs guarantee so if it doesn't work for you - it's free.
Best,
Bernadette
If I were you, the first item I would do is to go to your doctor - they may prescribe creams, tablets ect. which will relieve.
I had mild eczema on my hand, and I bought some E45 - it's this cream (you've probably heard of it) and it worked really okay for me. I stayed away from other normal moisturising creams, they simply irritated my skin, and stuck with the E45. I put it on immediately and again, and as well as clearing my skin, it enhanced the appearance in the process.
As I said though, I would move about and see your doctor, he/she will be the best person for direction.
Good luck (;
Don't use soap, don't have long showers or baths and get sure they aren't hot it will dry your skin out more and moisturise everytime you think more or less it and you can. That should help some.
