For 5 months, I hold have constant allergy and nasal problems. I hold started using muzzle spray and I use it?

a lot more than I am supposed to. I only just, can't breath-think or sleep without a somewhat clear proboscis...I mean, it is getting ridiculous. I own scheduled an appt near an ENT-but has anyone else ever have this problem? If so, what did you do? Thanks!

Answers:    Try benadryl at night, claratin within the morning, and sudafed (the real stuff, not the Sudafed PE) when you can. Once you grasp the symptoms under control, you can stern off and see what you want, if anything.

Ease off the nasal sprays - but be warn there may be a reverberation effect where it get worse before it get better.

Also drink lots of water, and take all dusty stuff from your bedroom - stuffed animals, rugs, etc, or at most minuscule wash them. Finally, bath all your bedding (and stuffed animals, if you can't portion with them) that you can within HOT water, dry contained by a HOT dryer to kill dust mites, a core bedtime allergen.
Those nose sprays are addictive-that is after a while, you can't breath lacking them. They are drying you out and probably causing some of the problems you are experiencing. Start taking a teaspoon of LOCAL honey respectively day to help out your body develop immunities to any nouns born irritant around you-like mold, mildew, dust, smog, pet dander and pollen. Stay away from antihistamines and decongestants. They will dehydrate you and cause sinus problems and, over time, may also wreak kidney deterioration. Like all herbal remedies, local honey will thieve a while to work but you will also notice that you catch less cold and flu symptoms as the local honey take hold.
