Answers: There has only just been an outbreak of norovirus where on earth I work, and there hold been signs posted everywhere in the order of prevention. The key to prevention, as near most illnesses, is frequent handwashing.
ALWAYS wash hand after using the restroom, before and after consumption, after having touched a potentially dirty surface, etc. Also, if those around you enjoy had/been exposed to norovirus, do not share food items, particularly items you munch through with your hand (i.e.- a bag of potato chips) If someone surrounded by your household has it- frequent cleaning near disinfectant is advised (at the unbelievably least daily).
Remember, worst defence scenario you do get it, at smallest it is a self-limiting illness... you can't be that sick forever!
