Yeah that is a large diastolic reading. Especially depending on what the systolic (upper) reading is. However, don't trust a single reading. Repeated measurements are import. A single reading doesn't connote you have hypertension and a single middle-of-the-road reading doesn't mean that you don't enjoy hypertension.
