small red bumps?? do they itch? maybe it's prickly heat...try taking a benedryl (if you can take it) and see if it clears up...the bumps are only on your legs?? poison ivy? poison oak? i don't know...but i could way to tell if it's an allergic reaction is to take an antihistimine and see if it goes away
