what can i do for home remdies for allergies and sinuses. are the hard to win rid of right now
Answers: Normal saline spray. sounds gross but capture the name brand or not so first name brand, inhale and then spit it out when it go to the back of your throat,( told you it sounds gross. but it works.) repeat on the other nostril. This help in the am and past you go to bed. and try using an humidifier. There is a Netty pot that works ably too. but if this persists consequently you need to see a MD for an allergy pills or other remedy. keep your vitamin C intake at at most minuscule 1000 mg a day and drink plenty of dampen. lots of luck
