If one have diabetes mellitus, glucose can NOT enter cell right?

If one have diabetes melliyus, glucose can NOT enter cell right? Instead it accumulate within the blood plasma.. which of these statements WOULD BE TRUE?

1. The concentration of the plasma would decrease

2. The osmotic presure will stay impossible to tell apart.

3. Water would move out of the tissues into plamsa...

4 Tissue cell would swell.

In my feelings. 1 would be the true answer because the concentration of the glucose wouldnt know how to hold into the cell due to such a giant concentration right?Energy of cell would come to a stop.
BUT,for number 3... ( yes i skipped 2) for 3,during elevated level of glucose isnt perkiness toothless... Glucose is a larger molecule wouldnt it requirement facilitate diffusion to be transported across a cell membrane?
and my answer for #4 would be.. Im thinking this would make happen a cell to burst (hemolysis) and motivation severe despoil to oodles organs and organ systems..this is why i reflect on this would be true as okay I wonder if in attendance is more than one answer

Answers:
Number 3 is right!
The plasma concentration would increase near the glycated hemaglobin circulating in it.
Water would move into the blood (out of the cells) to try to dilute it. This is what cause the dehydration of diabetes. Tissue cell shrink.
