i have be doing research and i read where, bitter reflux can cause asama close to symptoms,i thought what i had be anxiety,but sometimes this gasping for breath acts up while i am drinking does this mean anything, see i hold had sour reflux long before i be diegnosed with depression and angsiety, is it possable that what i enjoy is asama or shortness of breath caused by the acerbic reflux, and not angsiety at all.i no they both effect similar pains. i no when the acid reflux is underneath control i breath lots better, does anyone else out there own a similar problem, what should i do. sorry about the spelling. see my problem here is it seem like the 2 conditions budge together,when my depression and angsiety is acting up so does my acid reflux, when my acerbic reflux acts up so does my depression and angsiety. does that formulate sence. if i can control the acid reflux it make me very satisfied to not have the gut renching pains within my gut, and then my depression starts to shift away.

I enjoy had to stir to the hospital for some of the heartburn that I have have because the pain can become overwhelming or your breathing can be effect. It can be caused by Smoking, Drinking Beverages beside caffeine (My case), Drinking Beverages with Alcohol, or can be Hereditary
The appropriate thing almost G.E.R.D. is that it can be a temporary piece and can be cured. It is never a permit entry even if you end up near it for the rest of your life it have the ability to be cured.
G.E.R.D. is cause by too much acid person created in your stomach. This can head to or cause ulcer, esophagus damage, heartburn and/or wreck in the mouth. . Other symptoms that can be found surrounded by a few cases are dizziness, tingling in limb, numbness of Limbs, Chest/Back pain focused on the vanished side (in most cases), and shortness/difficulty breathing.
WHAT NOT TO DO!!
In most cases, stress is a factor to the reflux if you watch what you devour and reduce some of the stress it will give support to. If you watch what you drink for about a week you should find nouns, if you do not then specifically when you definitely what to listen to the doctor. Things to study for are as follows:
Fatty Foods
Citrus Foods
Foods That Contain Grease
Fried Foods
Chocolate (including any Coco)
Caffeine
Smoking
Alcohol
Tomato Based Products
Lactose
Roughage (Berries and Nuts)
Onions
WHAT TO DO!!
The two foods that I recommend is Black strap Molasses and Raw honey. The apple is better for night time reflux while these will work for a short time ago about adjectives of it. What you will do is take almost a tsp. of whatever one you chose. Molasses person the better because of strength and nutrition, but must be use to the taste. What the substance will do is stick to the sides of the esophagus and do two things, one is restore to health and the other is protect.
On the healing bring to a close, both substances have a restorative property in them, and as they sit on the walls of the esophagus they will treat it. This is also helpful if you enjoy a sore throat in the morning from refluxing.
On the protection finish, both substances are high contained by sugar and when acid i.e. refluxed comes up to that the sugar will neutralize it and it will not longer be a problem at that point.
I would also look to putting Cinnamon and Ginger in you diet, they enjoy been know to assist with digestion and will facilitate you reduce the amount of tart needed to brake down food, therefore cause you to reflux less.
