I have a spinal fusion 12 years ago and presently I am 29 near a 19 month outdated boy. I very soon own Junctional kyphosis and sciatica twinge. Does anyone else hold this and what did you do roughly it? I hold principal headache within both legs and they tingle and turn numb and also jump----like muscle spasms?
