Slow Heart & Exercise?

Seeing exercise is honest for you, if you enjoy a slow heart, can to much exercise produce things worse for you.

I work 5 days a week, roughly 40hrs of physical work, walking roughly speaking, collecting trolleys from a ample shoping foundation, it take 15 minutes a short time ago to bring up 12 trolleys

So I be wondering, beside my condition, is it appropiate to do this amount of work, should I be looking to cut rear legs on the amount of work , I do especialy if I am getting worn out, which might because of my slow heart
