Heart Related - Dilated LV beside Infero Apico lateral Hypokinesia and LVEF 45-50%?

Due to Hypertension this problem has developed - Dilated LV near Infero Apico lateral Hypokinesia and LVEF 45-50%.
Kindly advice. Thanks

Answers:    A commonplace EF is considered >55%, so this means your heart muscle is somewhat weak. If this is a result of hypertension, unmistakably blood pressure control is absolutely requisite to prevent your heart from getting weaker. Sometimes medication can help your heart muscle catch stronger.

The infero-apical-lateral hypokinesis means that subdivision of the heart (bottom and side walls) are not squeezing as well as they should. This probably wants further testing beside a stress test or even cardiac catheterization to net sure there is no underlying coronary artery disease. A watery heart can be from ischemic heart disease also, and you want to make sure that hypertension isn't the singular problem!

Hope this helps!
