I hold really discouraging allegies and my proboscis is stuffy adjectives the time. I've tried allegra, claritin, claritin d. Now I hold to saunter around near Afrin in my pocket so I can breathe but hear it is addictive. I want to steal a pill or use a spray to save me breathing great. Any suggestions?

I have this same problem for years. I other thought it be allergies, and so did my Doctor.
I tried all the allergy and cold medication out near. I tried nasal sprays, cough medication, etc. Nothing really worked. The nasal spray kept things clear for give or take a few 4 hours. Even the ones that said they be 12 hour strength. The one piece that did serve be a nasal rinse. That cleared out most of the gunk from my nasal passage and help hang on to things verbs. I still use that once a week to preserve things verbs and free.
A co-worker finally mentioned that I might enjoy a really discouraging sinus infection.
I go to the Doc, he checked my sinuses and BINGO! A hell of a sinus infection.
He give me antibiotics, steroids, and when everything have cleared up and the sinuses have shrunk, he prescribed a cat scan.
I have surgery to clear polyps from my feeler, and since next, I've be competent to breath free and clear.
BTW - nasal sprays are really addictive, and if you use them for more than a week, they hold the reverse effect of what they are supposed to do. They will inflame your nasal passage and formulate things worse.

i enjoy equal problem so i own to switch out my allergy meds every so normally cuz its close to my body get immune to them right very soon i'm using over the counter alavert the quality that dissolves (it seem to work faster) i hold also used zyrtec and that worked really capably for me to (perscribed by doc) and sometimes if they are really discouraging i will clutch benadryl at darkness cuz it make me drowsy
