Have a few question everyone. I be diagnosed near Type II Diabetes roughly a year ago. I am not on insulin, but I am taking Metformin. I enjoy changed my diet drastically, cut out all processed foods, devour low carbs, avoid candy, cake, etc, put away fresh vegetables, lean meat, only just totally trying to get through healhy. My sugar level are doing great and I enjoy lost weightiness and exercise. I know that fruits do hold sugar within them, but I thought it be okay to drink fresh fruits because from what I own be told specifically a "raw sugar". What is a "organic sugar" anyway? I own just this minute be told that I should not get through fresh fruits (was not told this by a doctor by the way). Is it okay to hold fresh fruits? Also should I avoid diet soda near diabetes? Fresh fruits are similar to a treat to me in a minute. Please sustain, I am confused and want to cram more. Any tips to give a hand me out are appreciated. I thank you within credit for your answers.
