Difference between anxiety and chronic stress?

i dont feel really anxious, mostly stressed and severely sensitive. i dont feel approaching i am going to die or feel afraid going on for it, some racing thoughts here and within. i do have some verbs sometimes about things that shouldnt verbs me. i do cry sometimes for nothing i am dizzy and bring back some headaches. could this be anxiety or chronic stress? what is the difference?
and if it is one of them, how discouraging is it?

you can try auto-hypnosis, too, it can be tremendously effective
relaxing music, can lend a hand

if its really fruitless see a therapist i wouldn't recommand antidepressants
