How did all those population get AIDS? Are you unfolding me humans are that promiscuous that this so called virus could hold spread that quick to millions of those?
Answers: I don't know what you mean by "quick"... AIDS have been around for decades. But as to why it's so rife:
- Humans currently have no apparatus to develop immunity to HIV
- It is smoothly transmitted (and not just through sexual contact... drug users who shared needles be among the fastest transmitters of the virus)
- People may harbor and transmit the virus for years before developing any symptoms
We newly don't have adequate tools to fight AIDS even so. That's all. I wouldn't chalk it up to promiscuity.

Most inhabitants will get it through sex but in that are also drug addicts who share needles that aren't properly cleansed.
