my friend keeps beating on stuff & doing strange things that have a model.. they also hit everyone all the time for no source. is there anyway to stop this>?should he recount the doctor his symptoms
Answers: It is not uncommon for Tourettes to own accompanying conditions, such as OCD. This may account for the template.
Of course, he should speak to a physician - preferably a Neurologist. It may be something different, but information is KEY and he needs to find out what is going on.
Unfortunately, in attendance is not a cure for Tourettes. Some have found nouns in behavior modification. I disagree near this method, in that it forces a soul to conform to NORMAL (whatever that is). Others find medications productive. Meds can lessen the severity of tics, but not remove them altogether
Self-acceptance is imperative.
You are a good friend. My son's friends freshly ignore the repetitions or noisy tremors. His friends are a treasure to me. The are able to see him for who he is. He is so much more than tics!
I hope this help. http://www.tsa-usa.org
i dont have tourettes....i know ancestors who have tourettes usually shake their head (called ticks) or make odd sounds or yell out during conversation. idk if only tapping on stuff would be a sign of tourettes or freshly anxiety.
Accutane?¿?
Do I hold an oral disease?
I hold a grotesque over-hasty on my eye lid. It's pretty small but what is it?
