The departed 2 days at around twelve noon i start to grain really cold contained by my hand and foot, and next i start to consistency dizzy for a few minutes. It is getting pretty cold outside. I am diabetic, and yesterday when it happen my sugar dropped seriously, and once i drank oj it go put a bet on up and i get thaw, but today i get cold at lunchtime again, feel dizzy, but my sugar be stable...
is this a frenzy attack? something else?

I own have this crop up when (dizziness, not temp. change) when my blood sugars be technically ordinary, but jump from duly low up suddenly and relatively big down rapidly. For me, it be the drop that did it.
You might want to check surrounded by near your doc merely to be sure though - my experience may differ from yours, and your doc could reassure you/eliminate possible other cause.
