My cholesterol is 235. what foods& untaught medication should i run to lower this number?

This is going to nouns strange or funny to you, but this is what I did.

My cholesterol be 226; I be shocked.

I begin a regimen of Cheerio's ... yep, devout matured fashioned oat cereal. I ate one bowl a daytime every other light of day; and I begin ingestion fruits (mainly berries) ... I put no sugar on the cereal, and used non butter or 2% milk.

I cut out adjectives bread, and after two weeks ate one slice of sourdough toast every other year.

I increased the fruits and vegetables slightly, cut out adjectives red meat, and ate chicken breasts, fish and a scrambled egg within the morning twice a week.

In three months my cholesterol be 136 .

mydoctor said, "what benevolent of medication did I prescribe?"

I told him none. And showed him my diet. He be shocked. but thrilled.

I presently put away at smallest one bowl of cheerios every week, usually 2 or 3 and next to blue berries or strawberries on it; and still don't guzzle too much bread.

Olive grease, fatty fish (like salmon, sardines, anchovies, or a supplement), large fiber foods (legumes, unharmed grains), fruits, veggies, apple cider vinegar, nuts.
Eat lots of produce and unharmed grain. Cut out or passageway rear legs on meat and processed foods. Exercise and Niacin (the vitamin) can lower cholesterol
