They dont itch or hurt but i notice them on my arms and a few on my stomach this morning. They arent raise above the skin or anything, its benevolent of approaching someone took a red sharpie and dotted my skin, but not as red. Does anyone know what they are?

Do they look similar to red freckles? They're probably cherry angiomas. I've be told they're close to small, red blood spots. I've get some. :-)
