Are you drinking ample fluids? We lose a lot of moisture through our lungs/breathing, and must be sure to replace it by drinking clear liquid throughout the day. You might want to attach a couple cups of water/juice to your daily diet and see if that help.
Are you on any other medication that has dizziness as a side effect? Or another med that might rationale some dehydration, like a diuretic (water pill)?
Are you getting plenty oxygen? Able to take vast breaths and cough any mucous out during the day? Are you lay around a lot more, so that when you rise you have a feeling dizzy and weaker? You may need to receive a bit more active so you'll hold nice deep sleep during the darkness, then discern more refreshed and stable during your wake hours.
Did you have a bleak cold leading up to the pneumonia? Perhaps you get an ear infection around the same time and in a minute have fluid within your inner ear? That can cause be a foil for problems.
If the dizziness gets worse or doesn't attain better in the subsequent week, you may need to speak to the doc. Otherwise hopefully it will disappear as you get better and finish your medication.
