Got a stent put into my uretur. 4 days departed surgury and still bloody, is this majority?

I have a stent put into my right uretur because I have kidney stones and my uretur was too inflamed to be in motion back to ordinary and also the pressure of my uterus wasnt helping. I am 24 weeks pregnant. Its been 4 days since my surgury and the misery is still pretty constant. What do ppl mean by you will other know its there? is that the distress feeling? I run tylenol once n a while but sometimes i get kidney spasm and when i pee it hurts in the outset and in the expire almost like a UTI. Ive be drinking a lot of dampen but when my bladder gets full it hurts pretty inadequately. I have 4 more months to turn in my pregnancy afterwards it should be taken out, please tell me these symptoms will obtain better!

Answers:    There will be a constant irritation by the stent. It will be painful urinating, and when you move around too much. Talk to your urologist to see if he will prescribe you Ditropan and/or Vicodin for the backache. Ditropan will help relax the bladder so you won't hold the constant urge to go to the bathroom. Also heat baths help. Keep drinking lots of river and empty your bladder frequently.

I own had problems beside kidney stones for about 15 years. I also have them when I was pregnant and have to have a stent placed. It hurt so much I freaked out and they removed it after 3 weeks.

Good luck!
They will. There is much pressure put on your ureters at the moment. The inflammation that's occurring may appropriate up to two weeks to decrease (more, depending on your kidney inflammation). Don't verbs so much, you'll be ok. I've seen this in the past.
Sincerely,
Doc
I went through duplicate thing when I be pregnant. I got stents put contained by both ureturs though. I was 6 months preg. When I go to get them out they couldn't appropriate them out because I started having contractions since I couldn't chomp through or drink from midnight until the surgery and they could take them out. I kept them until after I have my son.
The stents you will always be aware of somewhat. It took months until I stopped hurting really bad from them. My body finally get use to them I guess. Everybody is different with them. Some folks can continue near daily calendar some can't. I couldn't for about 3 months. The knowing they are nearby its a combination of things peeing ALL the time, Bladder hurting when full, little pains every so often, premonition like a uti. If you newly got them construct sure you don't have a infection. I have to have mine replaced and get an infection right after I had them put surrounded by. Just be sure to use the bathroom all the time. Stents don't consent to your bladder get full. If you tolerate your bladder get full it can get the impression like you own an uti. Since you just have the surgery if you have blood surrounded by your urine from the surgery that's why it could hurt. Also you could be passing some of the stones. That is what is expected to happen. I didn't go past mine they had to be lasered after I have my son. It may not get any better, but it ain't going to grasp any worse. Just make sure if you discern like you own a uti get checked. They can put you on med to prevent infection; keflex I judge I was on (safe during pregnancy). If you don't own an infection and its buring ask about a med that turns your pee red and it numbs your bladder(periedum) also safe during pregnancy. It be my life investor. That's what helped me discern better. If you have any other question feel free to email me.
