I truly took my son to the doctor for treatment. He plays soccer and have games coming up and to lighten his discomfort I took him to the doctor and asked for the Medrol Dose Pack - or Prednisolone (generic version). The doctor also told me that weakly spraying Lysol in the hip bath marine will eradicate any microbes that may inflict infection. We also added an oatmeal tub solution & unsurprisingly applied calomine lotion. But what really dried it up & like a shot (within a day) be the Medrol Dose pack, which if you own insurance is fairly inexpensive. I salaried $9.00 for the dose pack, atarax, and triaminicolone cream.
Well we other use bleach.. it will dry it out within a daytime or two usually..

Try a solution of baking soda mixed in heat up dampen. It will help out soothe the itch. If it's on your foot you can a short time ago soak yourfeet within a big bowl or buket.
