I have a friend attending a college who not long revealed to me that certain episodes I be having be actually a condition, sleep paralysis. It be very fearsome to me - you can have it wake up or falling asleep, and you're just totally aware but surface immobilized... and sometimes you be aware of like you're going to be kill. On top of the occasional occurence of this I often enjoy vivid nightmares that prevent me from immediately returning to sleep. I'm also mostly caucasian beside a quarter hispanic - I heard it's mostly african or black populace who get this, so I really don't know what's going on. If anyone know how to stop them I would be glad to know.
