Asthma!?

my cat of 16 years have asthma and she used to acquire a shot every month for it.

immediately they found out that she have a problem beside her liver and they can't pass her the shots. i detest to see her own really desperate attacks but near's no process i can back.

Any accepted wisdom!!??
