Anaphylactic shock?

Ive got a really worthy friend who is really allergic to nuts, and gets anaphylactic shock's if she eat them. i was a short time ago wondering step by step what to do incase she slips into one...

thanks

Answers:    First you have need of to know how to recognise an anaphalactic shock. she may have anxiety, red blotchy skin, swelling of tongue and throat, puffy eyes, impair breathing, wheeziness of gasping for air, signs of shock such as waxen, cold, clammy skin and possible cyanosis (blueness of earlobes and lips).
Once recognised you need to phone for an ambulance immeadiately- anaphalactic shock is a vivacity threatening condition and if the throat swells she may end up smothered.
subsequent you need to find her auto-injector or epipen, containing adreniline! she should hold one of these if she suffers from this regularly. you then entail to help her administer it but DO NOT administer it yourself unless she is unconcious.
If she does fall down unconcious- check her airway is clear by tilting head put money on and check her breathing for 10 seconds. If she is not breathing comence CPR- 30 chest compresions to two breaths continuously until facilitate arrives. If she is breathing put her into the recovery position or if you dont know it- recline her on her side and re open airway.
The solely other thing you can do back help arrives is monitor and comfort her until abet arrives. Check her level of response ( can she converse to you easily or is she semi concious), her pulse and breathing.
If her breathing returns to middle-of-the-road after the use of the epi pen you can lie her down, bump up her legs and cover her with a blanket to treat for shock. NEVER LIE SOMEONE DOWN IF THEY HAVE BREATHING DIFFICULTY BREATHING!
Reasure her and hang around until help arrives!
Hope this help!
