Also, Bi Polar I or II, and what type of features, next to or lacking psychotic features, depressed features, unspecified etc. There are masses codes which the forth and fifth digit (DSM IV) after the dot make up portion of the diagnosis (single episode, recirrent, etc. penny-pinching various things.
