are these level average or pre diabetes !

All but the second set (dinner) are fantastic, and that's merely a teeny bit giant. If your dinner be in 6 hours of lunch, that's not truly fast, though. There's a chart on the following page that might backing clarify this for you:

However, as a diabetic on insulin, I would be really joyful near those numbers. But, as a non-diabetic, I would probably want to chat next to my doctor.
