He submitted his physical more than a year ago next to everything fine and he is going to submit another one (which have be done abt 2 weeks ago) on the daytime of interview. However, he have only just found out he may be infected HIV. He can unstop the envelop to see the report. However, if it does show he is positive, does it aim he is automatically denied for the greencard?

I am pretty sure that the U.S. will not allow entry to anyone who is HIV+, even if they are only visit the country for a time off.
I live contained by Canada and when my clients (who are HIV+) travel to the US they usually letters their medication to a US destination because if they are found near HIV meds on entry they can be detained and deported. That is why in attendance will never be another international HIV/AIDS conference in the US after delegate a few years ago be detained and some deported. The problem is that the regulations in place be ones that be initially set up beforehand we know much almost HIV and its nouns. Now that we know it is not a contagious disease, but fairly an infectious disease and in that are awfully constrained ways within which nouns occur, these law stipulation to game up next to medical science.
I believe Bush signed an executive decree easing the regualtions for general public coming for SPECIFIC approved events, but MUCH more requests to be done.
In Canada, we do not turn someone away simply because they are HIV+. We do enjoy unmistaken restrictions but they are more humane.
There are a few groups and member of congress who own be trying to translation these outdated and discriminatory practices.
I'd unfurl the envelope and if he's positive in recent times disappear that out, but if it's surrounded by his medical report I'm not sure they can turn him down merely be paid sure he get treatment. Because that would be nouns. He requests to know so he doesn't find out from INS he's positive.
