For emphysema I'm given Duolin, does anyone know in plain English whats in it?

Answers:
Duolin contains two through ingredients.
1. Levosalbutamol sulphate which relaxes the smooth muscles of adjectives airways and dilates the 'pipes' (so to speak).

2. Ipratropium bromide which help to prevent those same 'pipes' from tightening. (Bronchospasm)

Both together work to prevent and relieve your breathing difficulties. Use the spacer you get next to it.
Scratch what I said. Jim is correct.

Its used to prevent and treat wheezing, shortness of breath, and troubled breathing cause by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
