i am currently 160lbs, 6', and 26 yrs out-of-date. my resting heart rate is around 72bpm...
when i run on the treadmill for 30mins i usually own my heart rate around 180-190bpm. this seem nature of elevated. what should i try to keep hold of my heart rate at while i run to develop my serenity and running ability?
