Because I enjoy bleeding ulcer and I am taking iron supplements I cannot drink milk because it blocks the absorbtion of iron. Must be low in caffine too.

if you drink lactose free milk, you can own milk as long as you do not drink it in 2 hours on any side of your dose of iron. it must be lactose free however, or lactic tart forms and you don't involve that near an swelling.
