iam suffering from chronic sinusitis from 2 yrs . iam getting repeated sneezes only when iam within my bed room .i have no problem while i amin antechamber ,kichen ,or any where outdoors.iam also have nose blocks .
Answers: The most feasible culprit is dust mites. Get a dust mite mask and strip your bed of adjectives sheets and covers and wash them within hot water and dry. If you enjoy the money, get a dust mite proof pillow cover and covers for your mattress and box spring. I've get a better dust mite proof cover for my mattress and then newly have a plastic one for my box spring since I don't sleep on that. Then beside the mask, dust everything next to a damp napkin in your bedroom and try to get rid of or cut down on any books, nic nacks, etc...if you have an nouns cleaning machine run that. Vacuum the rugs as best as you can. Then you can start looking for any mold, especially if your bathroom is contained by your bedroom.
Sinusitis is an exhausting problem, go to Walgreens..if you hold one near and purchase the nasal rinse, NeilMed. Works wonders! Good luck!
