Terrible Insomnia?

I be also diagnosed near GAD and OCD. I also work hours of darkness shift so that really through a wrench surrounded by my sleeping rota. The single article (no medicinal) that I found to work for me is exercise. I try to exercise once a daytime very soon. It relaxes me and kinda make me rather more worn out. Yup, I used to procure it unsuccessfully.

I'm currently taking meds for depression and anxiety. The anti-anxiety drug (Klonipin) help me sleep. I also nick a juice calcium/magnesium/etc. supplement. It also help me sleep. I don't drink caffeine after nearly 1pm. I don't drink cola drinks at adjectives, which produce me jittery & distressed. I don't drink deeply of alcohol (which can wreak insomnia). I've found that lightly cooked onions spawn me sleepy. Fish grease (about 2000 to 4000 mg a day) relaxes me a LOT.
