ive get a gross brownish coating on my tongue.at time enormously concrete to swollow anything,even liquid.it feel similar to it get stuck and i own to force it down by swallowing over and over or by drinking liquid,it also hurts to do this.i hold sore throats every so offen.could this be cancer?

I am not proverb you hold cancer and you more than credible don't even if it isn't, it is a medical condition that should be consulted to your doctor as it is unambiguously cause you discomfort.
