Right before I get the flu, or when my symptoms first starting showing, the glands in my d¨Ścolletage were extremely sore. The subsequent day I have a headache, then come the rest. Well I got better, afterwards a week later I get a little cold. Thats pretty much gone in a minute. But now my glands are really sore again. I can't seize the flu again can I? Or is are they really sore because I've been really sick lately?

Answers: That's a big yes. Not only does person sick weaken your immune system, but every flu and cold virus is a different "strand," or flux. For example, say I grasp infected with cold virus "A". My body fight off the cold virus and the antibodies that kill it stay in my blood stream pretty much forever. Then, I catch cold virus "B", which I've never had formerly. Because the "A" antibodies can't protect against it, I get sick again. The same piece happens near the flu.
