ive been taking fish grease pills for a couple weeks and nothings wrong but then adjectives of a sudden i had a breakout next to quite some pimples and although i did enjoy some chocolate pudding (which i barely do) a couple of days ago i dont cogitate it was it because ive eat it before , its not a big amount and zilch really happend. Im not sure i should take the pills as much but idk if they do anything or not to my obverse

fish grease does not make your skin break out but it doesnt back with acne....neither does chocolate, if you own been touching your frontage or wearing makeup that will make your facade break out, or if you have excessive grease glands or a period or even puberty..i would recommend oxy pad..they are amazing
