Reoccurring confusion surrounded by 2 year infirm?

My son is 2 and has be having a temp. of 103 to 105 every few days and it last for 24 to 48 hours each time. He be in the hospital for pneumonia in the order of a month ago and has be back to the doctor every week since after, with symptoms range from constant throwing up to diarrhea. And every time he has this disorientation. The last week he have had 2 bouts near a temp. of 104 and is sleeping all afternoon long. He doesn't want to eat much but does drink wet and juice. He have been taking Tylenol (which brings the frenzy down to 102 for about an hour) but later it’s right back up in attendance. He is also on Tama flu since last Wednesday (4 days) he freshly seems to be sensation miserable. He can't tell me what hurts, but whine whenever moved, he also has a cough and we do know he have asthma and we give him albuterol beside a nebulizer 2 times a day.
Any planning on what could be the problem or solutions.
Also he has see multiple doctors, 2 at his regular doctors practice and 2 different doctors at Childrens Mercy

Answers:    Children's Tylenol doesn't help much near bringing down the fever the pharmacist recommended that I switch support and forth from Children's Tylenol and Children's Motrin Cold recommended for children form the age of 2-11 yrs old. It sounds similar to he has a viral infection that he have to fight stale himself. He is sleeping so much because his body needs to rest to quarrel off the virus. duplicate thing happen to my son he slept for two days off and on didn't put away but I made sure that he was drinking plenty of liquid. You can stick him in a luke thaw out bath next to only roughly two inches of luke warm wet and wipe his body down with a sponge or cloth. This will unscrew his pores as the water evaporates from his body letting the bake exit threw his pores.Doctors recommends that if a confusion doesn't go down or reach 104'F Then you need to rob him to the ER ASAP.
A fever method an infection - have your doctors run blood test or prescribed anything for him?

A viral infection is pretty much 'let it run it's course' and linger, but bacterial infection needs to be treated esp. surrounded by a child of 2.

Start keeping a log of his temperature. Date, time and temp. so that you own something to hand your doctor if he's not listen to you. Keep track of when he is sleeping too and what he is eating. Just because they haven't found anything doesn't be going to there is nil to find. A 2-yr old who continually runs a disorientation is ill and wishes to be treated. Keep making noise until someone does something for you.

Hope that help.

I am concerned. That is a very long time for that child to be that sick! I think you stipulation to put him in the hospital and you communicate those doctors to find out what is wrong with him. No DEMAND they put him surrounded by the hospital and for them to find out what is going on!!
