There are a bunch of over the counter bleaching creams that probably dont work highly okay...but within are laser treatments that work. I guess at hand might be some perscription topicals that are better than over the counter. I enjoy hear of making a join from garbanzo beans/chick peas and putting them on the spots can give support to.but dont know that for sure. (Sounds resembling a wife's tale). Beware those selling snake grease .
