Do you expect that because i had an Ice-Cream, here are chance i do enjoy low blood sugars?
Answers: You can't tell how food is going to affect your blood sugar after with the sole purpose 10 minutes.
You need to theory test at one hour after eating and again at two hours after intake. Then see if your blood sugar is higher at one or at two hours.
That's the time you should be checking at -- whichever give you the highest reading.

It sounds more approaching you have reactive hypoglycemia than diabetes, however, both my mother and I started out next to the same article and ended up a few years after that with type 2 diabetes, so I would advocate you to see your doctor and explain that you have to guzzle frequently and tell him what symptoms you are getting. Test as described on that website maintain track in a log. Take the log next to you to the doctor's office and show him the results.
If your results are better or lower than normal ranges, ask him to make available you the following tests, reminding him that at hand is a history of diabetes in your kinfolk:
A glucose tolerance test,
and an HbA1c experiment.
The first measures how your body handles sugar after a hasty, and how it does a couple of hours later. Make sure he specifies that they retest 2 hours after you thieve the sugar, not just on the double after it.
The HbA1c test shows what your average blood sugar is over the finishing 3 months.
These tests will share you if you are hypoglycemic, prediabetic, or diabetic. If they both come back distrustful, then ask the doc to retest within a couple of years. If you have any of the above conditions, catch these tests done at tiniest once a year to track how things are going.
Don't rely on blood sugar meters to diagnose anything, as they can legally be up to 20% bad.
Please see your doctor to find out why you are getting these headaches.
PS. I hope you hold your own meter. NEVER use someone else's meter, as blood bourne illnesses can be passed from one person to another this channel. There is certainly blood on the lance device and lancet, but there is also unseen blood on the meter itself too.
You probably get a brain freeze from the cold ice cream.
I did that once next to an icy/ slurpy, and thought I was going to overrun out from it.
I had to stop and purely hold my head.
They could enjoy been. It doesn't nouns like you are diabetic though. You should carry your symptoms checked by a doctor.
