It's fitting that you're not eating seriously of salt, but it's worth monitoring that more closely anyway, because that's the easiest agency to get your BP down. Keep checking label. It is AMAZING how much sodium is in things currently. Fortunately, more and more brands are coming out with low sodium option, so stick with those somewhere you can, and in standard, avoid processed foods. Also, drink lots of water! And, unsurprisingly, watch your stress rank. Take time out of your day to capture some exercise and to just regard as about zilch.

Also as a side note: if you do use table saline, consider getting that low-sodium salt they cell surrounded by the blue cylinder things. It's salt made beside potassium chloride as opposed to sodium chloride, and you can use it surrounded by place of table salt for a lower brackish option.
I saw this electrical device, that boasts of lowering the blood pressure without drugs, so i checked it out. It is a set up that take your blood pressure, then guides you through reflective breathing techniques, simply breathing deeply contained by and out slowly for 10 breathes completed in a minute. After a series of these breathes, it re-takes your blood pressure, so you can monitor the results. I own taken it upon myself to do the breathing on my own. It is worth a shot.
