I bathe him every other sunshine with Cetaphil soap. I hold used some hydrocortizone in olden and that has moved out him with white patch... What are these white patches and how do i cure them? Please i am vastly worried about the white patch.

Doctors other prescribe it but never tell you that it cause scarring on children.
Use Aveeno Oatmeal soap, and then apply Sesame Oil.

Eczema is really just a mild inconvenience. Unless your doctor say to bathe him every hours of daylight, I wouldn't... it'll sort of dry out the skin.
There are still several thoughts as to where eczema comes from, and the method we treat it is based upon those "thoughts" because we're still not entirely sure.
I utter use baby grease -- it'll help to keep hold of the moisture in, so that he's comfortable -- and that's the key part.
