Answers: Yeah definitely do not pick it or squeeze it. One pick that people sometimes do for fruitless, cystic "underground" pimples is to go to the doc and carry a shot of cortisone in it, but to be exact expensive, so you only want to do that if you hold enough money (!) to spend on that nature of stuff; but yeah that can sometimes scar... You can try a product by clinique that fade scars from zits; in that are also a few like that at the drugstore, I infer neutrogena has one in a minute.
You probably already know this, but to prevent them, exfoliate about twice a week next to a really good fine-grain facial scrub; kohl's have a good one; it comes within a white tube. Don't blast your skin with lots of salicylic sharp, though, or you could actually instil zits by over-drying your skin, which makes it produce more grease to try to combat the dryness; moisturize with an oil-free, oil-absorbing moisturizer. If you draw from large pimples normally and over the counter stuff doesn't work, just confer to your doc about one of the diverse prescriptions that are out there, if you haven' t already.
don't touch them, pop them, or pick at them; hold on to your hands away from your facade !
