How do i capture rid of concrete skin on my hand?

when iam stressed, I like most inhabitants have a doomed to failure habit of biting my nail. but i also bite the skin around my fingernails and my knuckles. My knuckles are a big problem, ive been doing it as far pay for as i can remember. so now on a few of my knuckles the skin is adjectives hard and looks approaching *. the closes thing i can construe of that it looks like it is, the thorny skin on peoples feet (calluses). does anyone out in attendance know how i can make my skin look somewhat conventional.

Answers:    You will have to apply some type of lubricant FOR the skin, something that the skin is not up to standard of. Your biting the skin is actually creating a stony and the only passageway to reduce or acquire rid of it is to remoisturize the skin. A good mitt lotion should help, but the best bet is to stop biting the skin. It can be done, I used to do one and the same thing. It will rob about 4 to 6 months to gain everything back to common after you stop the biting....
Try putting quinine (from a pharmacy) on your fingertips and knuckles for a week or so and let it dry on within, it tastes harsh and reminds you to not do that. You might want to talk to the pharmacist while you're at hand for better tips than this.
I tried using a nail profile for temporary fixes, but that merely keeps the unkind from healing, you HAVE to stop irritating the skin.
Its resembling that for me too, i bite my nails..& my skin is rough. Its not soft close to most girls that don't have the quirk of biting their nails. [I know, Lotion doesn't work, create i apply lotion to my skin daily]

But, maybe Vaseline Jelly would relieve..i haven't try yet..but my mom applies it on a daily basis..& her skin is extremely soft [but she has nails]
