To adjectives of those who suffer sleep paralysis?

Have you made tabs of the times it happen or have you notice what caused it surrounded by your case? Like stress, intense mood, problems, medication, lack of sleep, adapt of routine? I've been have it for three nights straight and I can't give the impression of being to determine what caused them to begin again. There was a lull of read out, a month since the last time back it struck three nights ago. And I ponder I may have one tonight. Any planning?

Answers:    I first experienced it in illustrious school. Yes it be scary, and I hear a very loud bend blowing sound, even though my window were closed and particularly was no snake that night. I’ve continued to experience it over the years, and a few years ago, I have another episode, but this time, I could felt my blanket self pulled slowly off of me to my foot. Yeah, true story. I still get it, and an so accustomed to it, that I acquire it multiple times a night sometimes and variety no big deal of it and sometimes nearly forget. Too copious times to count.

I don't see any correlation to that and stress, or anything else for that matter. Just something to catch use to. I usually keep my eyes closed, not wanting to know if in attendance is anything around me, but next time I’ll amenable them to see what’s up. Pun intended!
what are you saying...approaching you feel close to you wake up but cant move or speak...if so...this have happened to me...but I found out threw a program I watch that it was due to self woke while in a undisputed phase of our sleep....your body does become paralyzed at a certain fragment of your sleep pattern...
