Liver ultrasound results...does this mingy I don't hold liver cancer?

i had a liver ultrasound done and it said that it be very fatty. Because of the excess grease, localized lesions can't be see clearly but no mass lesions own been detected. Does this aim I do not have a tumor which contained by turns means no liver cancer?

I have the ultrasound done because I had elevated liver enzymes so my doctor suspects it to be the liver inflammed from fatty conversion. But after 3 months of exercising and dietary change my liver enzymes own returned to normal. Please tolerate me know if the terminology from my ultrasound channel no liver cancer. Thanks

Answers:    If you had liver cancer the doctor would hold told you because there would be treatments involved. A fatty liver is more adjectives than most people realize. Question your doctor and get sure that he or she answers all of your question.
It means no cancer be detected. The fact that your enzymes reversed go along with fatty liver and not cancer which would tend to produce progressive elevation of these and other enzymes (alkaline phosphatase) as well. Congratulations.
